Received calls twice claiming to be from our internet, TV and phone supplier. They said there was a problem with our broadband and asked me to log into my computer so they could help fix it over the phone. When I asked if they'd done an engineer's visit recently, the person couldn't answer. Actually, we'd had someone out the day before to change some phone wiring, and while they were here, they also looked at the broadband and TV and made some tweaks.
