They then rang us up a few days later and seemed really keen to know if there was any back access to our house from the road. I later checked online and found a company registered at 20 Claremont Road under their name. Seemed quite friendly and polite when we spoke, but after they left and I re-read the leaflet, I got the impression they might have been scoping the place out.Claremont Road3 yearsGot a call from some dodgy jeweller claiming to be from East Sussex, offering rubbish prices for jewellery. They called themselves A.D Miller or Vern Miller, but can't find any proof of them online under those names. They also mentioned UTA jewellery, but that doesn't show up anywhere on the internet either. Said they'd been a jeweller in Seaford for 35 years - total load of rubbish if you ask me.
