Somebody rang up saying Western Union was trying to withdraw £600 from my account! Then, I ended up speaking to a woman with kids playing noisily behind her, claiming she was from my bank's fraud team. She asked if I'd bought any jewellery using Western Union. I quickly rang my husband to check if he’d made the purchase, and then they just cut the call! I’m planning to get in touch with my bank directly because there wasn’t any solid evidence this call was really from them.
