Some foreign bloke called me, and when I said I wasn’t interested in getting my bank charges refunded, he got all annoyed and just ended the call on me.

I got a call from this number claiming it was about a refund from my HSBE account. They asked if I'd got my claim form, and when I said no, they said sorry and offered to fill it out over the phone. They wanted to ask some security questions, including my date of birth. I quickly ended the call and looked up the number on this site. Pretty clear it’s a scam!

This number rang me up, saying something about a claim form from Lloyds Bank. I told the bloke I wasn’t convinced it was legit and was about to hang up, but then he cut me off first.

I just got a ring and when I asked where he found my number, the bloke said it was off some form I supposedly filled. I told him I hadn’t filled anything out and asked if he could fetch this form and show me my address on it. He claimed he could. Then I warned I’d report him to the police for harassing me as they keep phoning me. Suddenly, he got really rude and then cut me off.

they just won't stop ringing me. i've made it clear i dont hold a halifax account and never did. every time i request they erase my info, they just hang up on me. then a couple days later, i'm getting calls again. so frustrating!

I got a call from some bloke who said he could help me get my bank fees back. He wanted me to verify my info but I wasn’t about to give out anything since I didn’t know who he was. Then he mentioned an old address of mine, mumbled something like "this isn’t working out," and just ended the call.

So this lady called, said she could help me get back some dodgy bank fees. Sounded friendly and all polite at first, but then she wanted my bank info. I didn’t hang about and just ended the call right there!
