I picked up the call without my glasses on and thought the number seemed a bit known to me. Turns out it was one of those automated messages from someone speaking with an Asian accent, saying my Amazon account was compromised and I had to update my info right away. Since I don’t even have an Amazon account, I bluntly told them they were fibbing and called them scammers. Then the call just cut off. Made me wonder if there was someone on the other end actually paying attention.
