Got a call from a mobile claiming to be the National Insurance folks. Some automated voice said there was dodgy activity on my National Insurance Number and threatened to suspend it. They asked me to 'press 1' to sort it out. I've never heard of any official government department ringing from a mobile number before! Quick Google check led me to Action Fraud, who confirmed it's a scam.
