BEWARE OF SCAM My elderly mum and dad got a call from this number saying they were calling from British Gas. They claimed they needed to come round and look at some paperwork and make sure the British Gas team had done their job right. But my parents haven’t had any such work done at their home. I called British Gas myself to verify the number and they told me straight away it was a scam. So watch out and don’t fall for it!
