Got a call from this number saying my National Insurance is about to get suspended or something. They told me to press 1 to talk to someone. Feels like this number might be faked (used as a cover to hide who’s really calling) and probably belongs to a decent person (sorry if that’s your actual phone!). If you get a call like this, don’t press 1. Could just send you through to expensive lines, or worse, someone trying to trick you into giving up your info and cash. I work in telecoms myself, so I know this scam all too well.
