So this robocall just started saying there were two separate charges on my Amazon account, like £199 and then another one over £800 or something. They never even asked who I was before going into it. I just ended the call because I wasn’t about to wait around for them to explain. These days I have to pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise or I might miss something important, otherwise I’d never even have answered.
