I got a voicemail that said something about suspicious behaviour linked to my National Insurance number and that it’d be suspended soon. They told me to press 1 to prevent it from happening. When I did, a bloke with an Indian accent came on asking for my name and postcode. I asked him how he could claim my NI was at risk but not even know who I was. Right after that, he just hung up on me.
