Got a call on my home phone from someone saying they were "Security Team" from a bank, telling me about two charges - one for £160 and another for £785. They said to press 1 to talk to an advisor or 2 to contact the bank directly. They never mentioned which bank it was. I just ended the call. Using 1471 showed me the number that called. Banks never ring mobiles out of the blue like that!
