I received a call purportedly from my bank, which left me a bit uneasy. It had nothing to do with Amazon at all, but they did assist me with some banking queries. They cautioned me about scammers posing as bank representatives, which is quite concerning. However, they advised me to ring the customer service number directly from a separate line to verify everything, which I did. Thankfully, once I got through, they were more than helpful with my banking needs.

Got a call from some automated message saying I’d just signed back up for Amazon Prime and to press a number if I wanted to cancel. Problem is, I don’t even have Prime and it was ringing on my work phone. Clearly a scam trying to catch people out!
