As far as I’m aware, this number is definitely a scam. When I picked up, there was a robotic message saying my Amazon Prime subscription was going to be billed £79.99, and it told me to press 1 to chat with an advisor if I wanted to cancel or talk about it. Thing is, I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime! If you get a call like this, don’t press anything at all - just end the call and block it straight away.
