Earlier today, I got a call from this number and when I checked with Natwest, they said they didn't make the call. A colleague of mine got almost the exact same call, and Natwest confirmed it was likely a scammer trying to get personal info for fraud. Definitely be careful with calls from this number.

I got a call from a woman claiming to be with NatWest, but she couldn’t even tell which branch my account was with, which struck me as strange. She suggested upgrading my account, but I told her I’d ring her later. Definitely not planning to!
