Got a call from someone saying they were from Microsoft, saying there was an issue with my computer. They told me to download this AnyDesk thing. It got really confusing after that and I couldn't work out what they wanted or what they were doing on my machine. I just unplugged my internet. After that, I removed AnyDesk and ran a Bitdefender scan just to be safe.
