Someone called me sayin they were goin to take away my national ID number.

Got a call from some call centre saying they were from Sky. They claimed there was an issue with my account and that I hadn't paid my internet bill, but I don't even have Sky. I told them they must have dialled the wrong number, but instead of backing off, the bloke got quite rude and kept insisting I had to pay up or my internet would get disconnected.

so apparently it's an amazon prime scam, and if you actually press 1, you've basically handed over to them. the more you argue or hassle, the happier they get, because those calls rack up on your premium phone bill. total rip off.

today i got a call from this number with an automated voice saying my amazon prime was about to renew and £39.99 would be taken from my bank. they said if i wanted to stop it i should press one. so i pressed the number and spoke to someone, i told them to take a hike in not so polite words. seriously, please tell your older neighbours about these scams so they dont get tricked by stuff like this!

a robocall came through sayin my amazon prime was about to renew and they were gunna charge me £39.99 from my bank. they told me if i wanted to cancel i should press 1 to speak to someone. so i did, called them out and told em straight up to get lost. seriously, pls give a heads up to older folks nearby so they dont get tricked by these cheats.

this number rang me today afternoon. usually i dont pick up calls from unknown numbers but since it seemed suspicious, i've decided to block it for good, looks like a scam to me.

some bloke claiming to be william from aviva rang me about my insurance. i really don't think his name was william or that he was with aviva at all. as soon as i said i don't have any aviva insurance, he just ended the call. total scumbags!

There was nothing but silence for a bit, then it just went to voicemail saying “goodbye” and that was it.
