Had a call from some folks saying they found crypto money linked to me through a broker and that I was due about £125k. Sounds alright in theory, but they wanted me to pay more cash upfront before sharing any details. I looked into it with the FCA, and the company they were pretending to be is actually a fake version of a legitimate firm. Definitely a scam, watch out!

Got a call from someone saying they were HMRC. They told me I had unpaid debts and if I didn’t hit 1 to sort it out straightaway, they’d send the police round. Proper scare tactic.
