I got a call from this number, with the person claiming to be from O2, sounded like they had a strong Indo-Asian accent. Before this, they'd rung me from a London landline, 02035140112, which apparently belongs to a company called Voxbone SA based in London. Had a look on Trustpilot and saw they're described as a communications service company from Brussels, with offices across San Francisco, Austin, London and Iași. Not great reviews though, just one star.
