This was a total scam attempt where they were fishing for my bank info.

Picked up a call from a number I didn’t know. A woman with an accent said she was calling from Vodafone and asked if I’d had any issues with my service. Before I could say anything, the call just dropped. I tried calling back the number and got straight to an EE voicemail, which seemed odd since she said she was with Vodafone. I didn’t bother leaving a message.
