Received a call from someone using a different name claiming to represent the Citizens Advice. They mentioned that we supposedly had an outstanding debt, and that they were pursuing it on behalf of their client to recover the funds! Quite suspicious, to say the least!

I received a call from an individual with an Asian accent who introduced himself as Jon. He mentioned something about having information from a credit agency regarding some unsecured debt. However, the moment we told him we weren’t interested, he abruptly hung up. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
