Got a call from a number I didn't know but they didn't leave any message after.

i got a call from a lady saying she was from natwest. she was really polite but got a bit too personal asking about my job situation. she said she was checking in since the branches are shut, but i usually do all my banking online anyway. since it was a mobile number calling me, i felt a bit iffy about whether it was legit. guess with lockdown, more folks are working remotely, but still, be careful and don’t share too much as the number hasn’t been confirmed as genuine.
