Got a call from some bloke with a thick foreign accent claiming he was with BT Internet. I played along for a bit, letting him think I was interested and giving my details to see where it went. Then I told him I don’t even have BT Internet where I live. That’s when he started getting all nasty and saying rude stuff. Not having any of it, I fired back a fair few choice words before he could cut me off. What a muppet! Number was 07971 244351.

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT Openreach, telling me my phone line was going to be cut off or whatever - total scam! I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call saying they’d cut off my internet for 24 hours to look into some illegal stuff, then told me to press 1. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

When someone said they were from Sky, I just ended the call straight away because I didn't fancy getting ripped off.
