I received an automated call today stating that my account would be billed £75 for Amazon Prime and that I should enjoy the service. However, the peculiar thing is that I don't even have an Amazon Prime account! If I didn’t want to keep the membership, I was prompted to press 1, but it makes no sense when I’ve never subscribed in the first place. Quite baffling!
