I thought I recognised the number, so I had a look through my past messages and emails. Turns out it’s connected to the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Peterhead branch. So, it’s probably a legit call. I did get a call a while ago from RBS’s fraud team about some unusual transactions on my credit card.

Somebody called saying they were with Three, trying to get me to switch over so I could get the new iPhone 16. Sounded a bit off to me.

I got a call from a woman with a Scottish accent claiming to be from RBS, saying it was some kind of yearly check on my bank. I just ended the call straight away and they didn’t bother calling me again.
