Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from BT. He warned me my computer and phone were at risk and wanted me to switch my computer on. I refused, and he started asking how he could sort it out if I didn’t cooperate. I told him I didn’t trust what he was saying and was happy to take my chances. After that, he went really quiet and I just ended the call. He kept calling me “madam,” which honestly made me more suspicious.
