Got a call from a bloke saying I'd missed a call from him, I told him I hadn't, he kept insisting he did. Ended up just hanging up. Number's blocked now.

So this guy John from Virgin was on the phone saying I wasn’t obliged to change my plan right then, said I could think about it for later. Next thing, I’ve been signed up straight away without my real consent. Then I get an email from EE apologising like I’m leaving them, plus a bill for cancellation charges. Honestly, avoid John at all costs, he’ll just get you hooked on something without you realising.
