I got a call earlier from RBS seeking to set up a review for my account. I must admit, I was a bit sceptical about its authenticity, so I decided to ring RBS later to double-check. They confirmed that it was indeed from one of their mobile numbers, and the person who called was an actual staff member. So, it turns out it wasn’t a dodgy call after all.
