Got a phone call from someone claiming to be from RBS about reviewing my account. I wasn’t sure if it was genuine, so I decided to call RBS myself later on. They told me it was actually one of their employees calling from a company mobile and confirmed the lady’s name. So, it wasn’t a scam after all.

Don’t fall for it, RBS would never ring you from a mobile, it’s definitely a scam!

It’s the RBS sales team calling, but they switch up the last 3 digits of the number so it looks different. Don’t ask me why they’re using mobile numbers, but it’s definitely RBS alright. If you look around on their app for any products, they spot it and ring you up trying to push it on you.
