Got a call from someone claiming to be from EE, started off with a friendly "how are you?" and then tried to sell me a cheaper phone plan. They had no clue who I was or any account info, which was odd since I’m already an EE customer and had just spoken to EE recently about my contract! The bloke just dropped the call after that. Definitely not what I expect from EE’s usual service, but who knows for sure.
