Got a weird phone call from a lady with an Indian accent, saying she was ringing from EE. I could barely catch what she was saying - sounded like some call centre in India. She wanted to know how much my phone bill was each month and if I was interested in some “special deal.” I’m actually on EE’s PAYG plan, so I barely spend anything, maybe £5.80 in half a year. Then, out of nowhere, she just ended the call on me! If this really is EE, they seriously need to hire people with clearer accents!
