So, this woman named Rebecca kept ringing me up. Honestly, she was so clueless and impossible to reach. I tried calling back loads of times, but she was either out or refused to answer. I’d suggest definitely getting Jacobs involved and noting down that you’ve made the effort to get in touch. She also uses those dodgy scare tactics to intimidate you, which is just not on.

Got a robo call saying it's from Visa, telling me to press 1 to get to their switchboard. Don’t press anything! I tried ringing back but it was a private number and went straight to voicemail. I've blocked the number now.

I got a call from a woman who said her name was Rebecca and she was ringing from some council. When I asked which one, she said North West Leicestershire, but she wanted to talk to someone else, not me. Thing is, my address isn't even in that area. I told her this and mentioned my landline isn't really used much. Then she asked for my full name so she could apparently remove me from their list. I ended up hanging up because I wasn’t sure if the call was legit or some sort of scam.
