Got a call from some Indian scammers claiming to be with Sky, saying my internet was showing errors and warning signs. They tried to convince me to install AnyDesk, a remote access app, so they could "help" fix hackers supposedly messing with my connection. If I'd gone along with it, they would've taken over my PC, nicked my info, put spyware on it, and probably charged me loads to fix a problem that wasn't real. The whole thing was a mess - the so-called "floor manager" who called next mentioned British Telecom, totally confusing their own story.
