Received a dodgy call from a chap who claimed to be from T-Mobile, right after I was buzzed by another number, 07971298195. It seems to be part of some long-running scam. As soon as I began to dig a bit and asked them to clarify which department they were from, they hung up quicker than you can say “scam alert”. Best to steer clear!

Absolutely, I had a similar experience. I received a call from T-Mobile's retention team, who were trying to entice me with a discount or a shiny new phone. We politely explained that we were rather busy at the moment and couldn't explore options just yet. However, when we decided to reach out to T-Mobile ourselves to inquire about the caller, they confirmed that no one had been in touch with us. They advised not to engage with those calls at all. Quite the dodgy situation, isn't it?

Had a rather worrying chat with Tony from the T-Mobile retention crew. He reached out regarding an upgrade, but we ended up declining his offer. Shortly after, we received another call from T-Mobile, expressing concern that Tony had tried to place orders for phones using our details, aiming to have them shipped to a location that isn't even a T-Mobile store! If you happen to encounter Tony, Amy, or anyone from their retention team, I'd strongly advise against sharing any personal details or processing orders through them, as it appears to be a dodgy scheme. Stay safe, folks!

Absolutely, it’s the same old tale. I received calls regarding deductions from T-Mobile, suggesting discounts or a shiny new phone. We mentioned we weren't ready to decide just yet. After calling T-Mobile to trace the number that contacted me, it turned out these callers never reached out, and I was advised to ignore any future calls from them.

I recently received a call from this number, claiming to be offering us an upgrade with T-Mobile. To say I was sceptical would be an understatement; as soon as I noticed it was a mobile format number, my instincts kicked in. I firmly told them where to shove it! Quite dodgy, if you ask me.

I received a call from this mobile number, so I shot over a text to find out who it was. Got a reply claiming to be "Tony" from the SCS retention team regarding our mobile renewal with T-Mobile. Oddly, the message came from a different number! As far as I know, SCS is all about selling sofas, not mobile plans! Quite the mix-up, isn't it?

It's an absolute rip-off, if you ask me!
