Spoke to a debt management firm and honestly, it all felt a bit too perfect to be legit. They only mentioned the good stuff and basically forced me into either an IVA or saying I need time to decide. Kept saying the government covers it and there are no charges. I asked them to send details through post and email but never got a thing. Then they wanted me to send my bank and credit card info over WhatsApp - no chance! I’ve blocked them straight away!
