Unbelievably, I too have had the misfortune of receiving calls from these individuals who hang up the moment we answer. It's incredibly discourteous! We decided to return the call and discovered it was ARC, who incessantly contact us regarding a gym membership we had to abandon due to pregnancy. Despite a valid reason for cancellation, they have opted to escalate matters to an infuriating debt management agency that just won't leave us alone. Honestly, it's infuriating! I’m seriously considering lodging a complaint with OFCOM.
