I received another call from a bloke named Alex representing Southline Communications. Curiously, he mentioned it’s actually T2 Connections. We tried to dig up some information on both companies but came up a bit short. He was proposing a new mobile contract, claiming they would cover our remaining balance so we could switch to O2. It seemed like a decent offer, but I can’t quite wrap my head around what’s in it for them. Plus, there's the whole trust issue since the call had that unmistakable call centre vibe. Quite odd, really. The number he gave was 08450212230.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear! Initially, they seem all too eager to engage in conversation, but it turns out they've managed to mess up the so-called 'coverage' we were supposed to have. Now they're flat out denying us a replacement phone. Each time we try to get in contact, they're either mysteriously unavailable or they commit to calling us back-yet when we finally do manage to reach someone, they suddenly say, "I’ll get back to you," and hang up! It's beyond frustrating.

Steer clear of this lot! At first, they seem ever so friendly on the phone, but it quickly turns into a right mess. They’ve managed to invalidate the "insurance" they sold me, and now they’re dodging my requests for a replacement phone. Every time I call, they’re either out of the office or promise to give me a call back - which, surprise surprise, never happens. When I do manage to get through, it’s always the same old story: “I’ll get back to you” before they abruptly hang up. Truly frustrating!
