Just got a call from some bloke claiming to be Welsh, saying there’s this new government programme to help with heating costs. He somehow knew my name, which was odd. I asked for details (thought I’d probably seen it mentioned on Money Saving Expert), then he asked what kind of heating I use. I said oil, and that seemed to confuse him. Then he abruptly told me I didn’t qualify and hung up. Bit strange if you ask me.
