I got a voicemail saying some Western Union payment was made using my card, but they didn’t say my name, which bank, or what kind of card. It just urged me to get in touch straight away. Sounds like one of those scam calls trying to get your info or trick you into paying up. Definitely felt fishy to me.

I received a rather dubious recorded message claiming that Western Union has withdrawn funds from my bank card. Strangely, they didn’t mention my name, the type of card, or even the bank involved. They urged me to return the call immediately. Seems quite suspicious to me - could it be a case of data harvesting or payment fraud?
