Got a call telling me my credit rating was dropping because of some debt I supposedly had. I told them I don’t owe anything and they just said, “Alright, maybe we got the wrong person,” then they hung up. They did know my name and postcode, which was a bit worrying. Blocked the number straight away.

I told them I wasn’t interested straight away as it smelled like a scam. Tried calling back but the number didn’t go through. Definitely a scam, watch out!

So this guy claimed to be a prince and wanted to put some cash into my bank, right? I told him sure, since I’m a princess or whatever. Then he goes on about how my voice is too deep to be female. I just laughed and said that doesn’t really matter, I could be his princess if he paid up. After that, he got all mad and started threatening to ‘beat me up’. I was like, okay mate, but can you send the money first? Then he snapped back saying he’s no bloody prince. Total rubbish. What a waste of time. He called himself some prince bastard and hung up on me. Crazy people out there!

They called askin for me by this name I only use for one-time online buys so I imediately knew it wasn’t someone I needed to chat to. I asked them to double-check who they wanted, and when they confirmed, I said she’s passed away. That does the trick every time - they never ring back!

Some bloke called sayin my credit score was dropping coz of some unpaid debt. I told him I don't owe anything, and he just said "Yes, you do" and hung up. Pretty obvious scam if you ask me.
