Received a call from this number earlier today, 4th March 2022, from a woman with an Asian accent. The call began with a recorded message asking me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel my Amazon Prime. Problem is, I don’t even have Prime, so I got a bit worried and pressed 1 anyway. After that, the woman got on and tried to guide me through cancelling it and setting up a ‘refund’ using my computer. I got really suspicious and hung up straight away. I’m nearby Energie Fitness, curious if anyone else knows who’s behind this scam?

First I got an automated message, then a lady with an Asian accent told me someone had opened an Amazon Prime account with my details. She offered to sort it out and give me a 'refund', guiding me through the steps on my computer. I hung up straight away and told Amazon about it. When I looked up the number, it showed as Energie Fitness in Enfield.
