So I’m the one that left that negative review earlier, but then the very next day I got a letter from Morgan Sindall. I gave their main enquiry line a ring and the bloke there got in touch with their electrical team. After that, a lady from that department rang me using this number to sort out an appointment. Seems like it genuinely belongs to someone working there, probably a recycled phone. My earlier chat with them must have been just a mix-up on their side. Looks like the person and number are legit after all.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Morgan Sindall, acting for Welwyn Hatfield council, about an electrical inspection appointment. Seems fishy to me, so I rang Morgan Sindall directly and they said they had no record of any appointment or call scheduled with me. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I never pick up unknown numbers, so I just ignored it. They also didn’t bother to leave a voicemail, which is a bit odd. The caller ID says EE, but my provider’s Sky, so I’m clueless who they could be.
