Somebody rang saying they were from Openreach and started asking loads of questions about our computers and laptops. Then they wanted to know our internet download speed - if they really worked for Openreach, surely they’d already have that info? When I asked for a number to ring them back on, they just hung up. Tried calling the number myself, but it showed as no longer available. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.
