That seems rather suspicious, doesn’t it? These individuals purport to be from Three, yet they choose to contact us from a mobile number. What’s more, the line cuts off the moment we try to return the call. It all feels quite shady. They even got our name wrong, which is a bit concerning. They claimed they wished to speak with the account holder and mentioned they got our number from some sort of database. Very odd indeed!

We received a call from this number the other day around half five in the afternoon, but unfortunately, we missed it. They tried again earlier today, so we decided to answer. The person on the line claimed to be from 3, but immediately started probing into our details, despite us being under contract. Honestly, she was speaking at such a pace that we had to ask her to repeat herself. I seriously doubt she was genuinely calling from Three; it sounded more like she was in a vehicle or something. We politely said no thank you and hung up.
