I got a WhatsApp message from someone pretending to be my kid, saying their phone was lost. Then, they started asking me to cover some bills until they could sort out another phone!

Got a robocall saying my internet’s about to be cut off. Dunno what they’re after so I just ended the call straight away. Been getting calls from loads of numbers, probably just trying to get me to press 1 so they can get into my phone. They claim to be from all sorts - Ofcom, the Inland Revenue, even some fraud hotline. Best thing to do? Just hang up and report it.
