I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent who said she was from Microsoft. She asked if I was at my computer, but I told her I had three and that I work alongside the police fraud team. Even after that, she insisted on guiding me through some 'fixing' steps for the computers. Knowing fully well Microsoft never calls people out of the blue, I was certain it was a scam. Just a heads up to everyone, stay alert.
