Definitely a call centre, the lady had an accent from somewhere in Asia. She claimed to be calling from BT about my internet, which was a bit odd since I already had Openreach engineers lined up for today. She didn’t seem to realise that BT isn't really used now and that I was already dealing with a problem needing an engineer. Clearly just a scam.
