Got a call saying it was from 02, but the voice was all distorted and sounded Indian or something. I figured it was probably a scam, so I just ended the call!

Got a missed call at 11:29, no clue who it was. Tried calling back but went straight to voicemail, so I suspected it might be one of those scam calls. Looked up the number here and have since blocked it.

Got a call from a number I didn’t know and picked up. Some bloke with an Asian accent was talking but the connection kept breaking up. Felt off, like one of those scams. Hung up straight away.

I got a call about some payment being taken from my bank, but they never said who they were. They wanted me to press buttons on the phone, which I refused to do and just hung up instead.

Got a call this morning from someone claiming to be from my bank’s security team, saying there were two dodgy transactions on my account.

Had a call from someone claiming to be from "Visa Security", saying there had been dodgy activity on my debit card and that the local branch might be compromised. It was clearly a trick to get me to move my funds into a 'secure' account, but it’s just a con to nick your cash. Sometimes they even ask you to withdraw big amounts in cash and send it to a third party, like a money mule. Definitely scammers, probably from India.
