Someone called saying he was Michael from Amazon UK's security team. Honestly, he didn’t really sound like a Michael, but he told me there’d been a dodgy gift card purchase on my account for £499 from somewhere in North London, even though I’m based up in Scotland. I haven’t bought anything like that, and he refused to give me any proper info. So yeah, I just blocked the number straight away.
