I got a really pushy call from someone claiming to be from BT. They asked for my email, then said they needed it to help "reset my password" online. After that, they told me to check my inbox, which had an email waiting, so I figured it was legit. Next thing I know, they want to access my computer to "fix" things, but I later realised they were probably trying to put some kind of malware on my machine. Proper dodgy!

I got a call about a supposed £900 transaction on my Visa card. Thing is, I dont even own a Visa card!

I only pick up numbers I recognise now, looked this one up here and turns out it was a scam, so I’ve blocked it.
