Got a ring from some lot saying they were from Rectify Consultancy. They even mucked up my name but still went on about some old scam I was supposedly involved in. I know I aint been scammed, looks like they’re just trying to trick me into something dodgy.

Got a call from this number, picked up since it was a mobile. The bloke asked for me by name. I said I wasn’t going to say anything about who I am until he told me who he was. He then said 'I’m ending the call now since you don’t seem happy to chat on the phone', so I’ve blocked the number now.

They claimed to be from the Pensions Review Service, but there was loads of background noise which sounded dodgy. He began asking about the types of pensions I had, and when I told him I wasn’t sharing any personal info over the phone, he suddenly said it seemed like I didn’t want to talk and just hung up. Don’t waste your time with these calls, they’re fishing for your private info and trying to scam people. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Got a call from this number earlier, said it was some kind of pensions review thing - no clue what that really means. They wanted to know if I had any private or work pensions, but I said I didn’t want to share any details and they just cut the call. Have blocked the number since.

Got a ring from this number, they claimed to be from a Pension Review Service. I asked where they got my contact, and they said it was from a list of people who’ve contributed to a pension. I pointed out they were calling from a mobile, so I thought it was just some person, not a company. Told them to take me off their list.

Got a call from some guy asking if I had any old pension plans. Told him I just have my council pension, and he says that’s fine, they can’t deal with current ones anyway, only the older ones connected to jobs - sounded like a total scam to me. Blocked the number straight away.

I rang this number back and the ringing sounded really sketchy, like it was from some strange foreign place - felt very off. Any proper UK phone number wouldn't sound that dodgy, and if it was disconnected, you'd usually get an automated voice telling you. Honestly, don’t give these idiots any info, especially if you’ve got a pension. No decent company would be calling around like this.

BEWARE OF THIS NUMBER! They’re trying to steal your bank info and pension details. They call themselves the pension review service. If you get calls from them, PLEASE report it to the IOC. Also if you get silent calls from this number, make sure you tell Ofcom so they can help block these scammers. These dodgy people are getting caught more often now, but we all need to report them. Let’s put an end to these annoying scammers by reporting them together!
