I got a call from this number (07960559456) claiming to be from Lloyds Bank, saying I’d added a new payee successfully. They told me to get in touch if I hadn’t done this myself and mentioned some payee-security notice[##]. Since I don’t even have an account with Lloyds, I knew it was dodgy straightaway. This isn’t the first time either - I’ve had similar scam calls pretending to be from HMRC and HSBC before, and I’m certain there will be more to come.

Got a message claiming my Lloyds Bank account had a new payee added, with a link that looked totally dodgy. Don’t fall for this scam, the URL was fake - definitely not from Lloyds. Stay safe and don’t click on anything suspicious like that.

They said it was hmre.refund.t but that’s not right at all.

I got a text saying they’d be taking money from my bank at 10 pm. It told me to click a link if it wasn’t right. I just ignored it and didn’t click anything.
